The cinema smelt really bad...like pee... it was so strong I actually got a headache and couldn't enjoy the experience properly.

Twice now the Gold Class staff forgot an order. First time we were given drinks ordered by the people in front of us then I had to leave the movie to ask where my food was because it was finishing soon. This last time we had to tell them that halfway through the movie isn't late in the movie and to bring the coffees back when we'd asked. The sundae never came so got refunded. The chairs are the same as the standard ones at Stafford Hoyts not the proper Gold Class recliners. Is this why tickets are so cheap there? Worth the extra for the proper experience.
