  My partner and I came in at about 3pm on Sunday 2nd April 2017. We were after a quick lunch and a coffee before we did our afternoon grocery shop, so much to my partners disapproval, I suggested coffee club (as my local store Aspley is superb with service). We walked into the cafe and no staff greeted us, we found our own seats and sat down. 10mins later a staff member approached and asked if we'd like a menu and some drinks. I was unsure so the staff member said she'd be back in a second as she needed to help an old couple be seated. We then waited another 20minutes watching the staff talk to other people about irrelevant topics, collect and stack menu's, arrange glasses and tend to other tables already eating. We then got up and left. This would never happen at Aspley Coffee club so why should it happen here. Service is severely under par. CHANGE MUST HAPPEN!!!

  Kellie - owner of this Coffee Club, is the most generous, hardworking business woman I know! She runs a really tight ship and always leads by example, showing her staff the true meaning of customer service. Its a great atmosphere and always a pleasure to visit!
